Delivery and returns

Deliveries to the Netherlands

The delivery costs are €5.99 (incl. tax) for orders of €35 (incl. tax) or less.
Delivery is free for orders more than €35 (incl. tax)!
All orders are delivered by DHL. You can specify a desired delivery address.
If you have ordered and paid before 17:00, the order will be sent the same business day, provided the products are in stock. It does happen sometimes that a product is out of stock by high demand.
We strive to deliver your order within one business day. Delivery time is normally between 1 and 3 business days.
Deliveries to other countries

The delivery costs (incl. tax) to other countries are as follows:

Region 2: € 8,99

Region 2 consists of the following countries: Belgium, Germany.

Region 3: € 15,99

Region 3 consists of the following countries: Denmark,  Austria, Luxembourg, France, Italy and United Kingdom.

Region 4: € 19,99

Region 4 consists of the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal and Spain.

Region 5: € 24,99

Region 5 consists of the following countries: Greece, Norway, Swisse, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Latvia,  Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Estonia.

Region 6: € 39,99

This region 6 consists of all other countries of the world such as: USA, Australië, Canada, Mexico, Rusland, China, Japan, Filipijnen, Argentinië, Brazilië etc.


We are sure that you will be happy with The Insiders products that you have purchased. But in case you are not completely satisfied or if your products don't arrive in good condition then we would ask you to contact us within 48 hours after receiving your products.

All returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 14 days
  • The product is complete and undamaged
  • The product is not used
  • The (factory) packaging is original, undamaged and not marked or labeled by you
  • The returned product will be properly packaged so that items cannot be damaged during transportation
  • Write the return address that you received from our customer services clearly on the shipping box
  • The purchase invoice and, where appropriate, photos showing any damage or defects to the item are also enclosed
  • The Insiders bears the cost of the return shipment
  • Product packaging must be securely packed and sent back undamaged
