DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
All placed and completed orders before 11pm get shipped on the same day (Monday Friday). Our packages are shipped with Post NL. We strive to get your package to you as soon as possible. But please note our estimated delivery times below:
- The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
- Europe: 1 - 4 working days
- Outside Europe: 2 – 4 working days
Free shipping for all orders above € 35,00 -. For orders under € 35,00,- we charge € € 4,95 delivery costs. In the very unlikely case that the product you ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday Friday). This shipping offer applies within the Netherlands. We would like to refer you to our Terms & Conditions for the shipping rates to other countries.

You can buy our products in our web shop or at exclusive professional salons and stores across the country. Visit our store locator and find your nearest Insiders salon or store.

In the unfortunately case you’re not satisfied with your order you may return the purchased goods within 14 days after delivery. Please let us know the details of your return through our contact form
Steps to follow:
1: Describe your return package or complaint with as much details as possible. Please include your order number or invoice number.
2: We will send you a message with information on where to send the product(s) to.
3: We ask you to return the products undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging.
4: After processing your return, we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) or send you a substitute.
Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products after the order is placed and paid for. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.
Products can be returned within 14 days, starting at the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final. For the acceptance of your return, please refer to our terms of delivery.
